Collective Flight Syrcas was set up with a love for circus and a want to create work that is relevant and relatable to the people of Wales with themes we recognise globally. Hannah, Meg & Emma formed a bond over their love for circus and the rurality of living in Pembrokeshire. We take pride in collaborating with local artists to create our work.

A collective of circus performers based in West Wales making work with deep connections to our land and sea.

  • Hannah enjoys spending time in her garden growing flowers and swimming at the local beach. She has had a broad and exciting performing career focusing on circus, dance and theatre, from festivals in the sun (and rain) to celebration events for tv and film, She has toured extensively in theatres and outdoors events.

  • Meg is a dancer turned circus performer, specialising in contemporary dance and aerial hoop. Besides movement, Meg co-founded Car-y-Mor a seaweed and shellfish farm, off the coast of Wales.

  • Emma is an aerialist, grower and lover of plants, fungi cultivator and generally loves being outside. Emma spends half her life running a small, sustainable mushroom farm, growing food, trees and plants on her homestead and spends the other half training, teaching and performing aerial. Exploring the local hills, beaches and woodlands are her favourite pastimes.
